Message there's a black plate on top of the tranny right where the linkage goes inside the ass end of the tranny. Remove that plate 16 x 10mm (I think). Then you'll need an awl or a punch, and a hammer. Gently tap out the retaining pin in the shaft. It's a double pin, one inside the other, so make sure you get both. Then the shaft slides right out. Rinse and repeat with the other tranny, reverse the steps to install it and you're good to go.
